Nutrition & Hydration Lesson 1: Importance of Fueling & Hydration
Why Do We Care About Fueling and Hydration?
We care about fueling and hydration during training and racing because we want to:

- Maintain homeostasis and prevent overheating
- Feel good when racing!
David Glover and Krista Schultz review the importance of hydration and fueling in the following videos.
