Welcome to the Swimming Classroom!

Although swimming is the shortest leg in a triathlon, it’s often the most difficult for triathletes unless they come from a swimming background.

In this classroom, we’ll explore swimming in the following lessons:

  1. Freestyle Swim Technique to include proper stroke technique, kicking and flip turns.
  2. Swimming in Open Water to include managing anxiety, sighting (both in  open water and practicing in the pool) and how to put on a wetsuit.
