Where to Begin When Training for a Triathlon?

Let’s start at the beginning. In this classroom we’ll review the basics of triathlon training in the following lessons:

  1. Understanding Exercise Intensity – building on exercise physiology, this lesson will help you understand intensity during exercise and show you how to measure it.
  2. Proper Warm Up and Cool Down – both are necessary to transition the body to and from exercise while minimizing chance of injury.
