Custom Training Plans for Triathlons and Other Endurance Events
Train with a Custom Training Plan Designed for You!
A custom triathlon or run training plan by the coaches at ENDURANCEWORKS is ideal for the triathlete looking for an individualized training plan for a specific event built around his or her unique background, experiences and goals but does not need frequent, ongoing interaction with a coach.

Just wanted to let you know IM Louisville was on Sunday and I am an Ironman! I could not have done it without you. Your training plan prepared me and still left me time for my full time job and my family. I owe you big time, brother.Russ Hanson
Again Thank YOU!! I have more confidence, in myself, to now move forward. I am really happy I made this achievement and, right now in my own way, I feel that I too was a winner and am enjoying this euphoria. I also see the benefit of ‘getting the experience’ and have a higher respect for your achievements, your abilities as a coach, and that I can get better.Dave Tipler
Wow, Challenge Atlantic City was a really hard, long race. I guess they don’t call it an iron distance triathlon for nothing. With your training plan, I felt well prepared for my first full Ironman. I was steady during the swim, my legs felt good on the bike and most surprisingly, my legs felt good on the run. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this goal!!!Ronni Robinson
I just wanted to give you an update on the Lake Placid Ironman. In 2012, using your beginner training plan, I finished in 13:56:23. This was my first full Ironman. This year, using your intermediate training plan and putting in extra time over the winter on the bike, I finished in 12:57:17. I am ecstatic with this much of an improvement at my age (52 in September) considering I only started getting into shape and participating in triathlons 5 years ago now.Bill DiGilio
Well, I am an Ironman! What an amazing and fulfilling experience. My family was there the whole time. Some pictures they captured I could do without! Anyway, thank you for your very workable training plans. You help build this middle age grouper into being able to complete two 70.3’s and a full 140.6 Ironman all in one year.Tom Williams
Krista has been my coach and trainer for nearly the last three years. She is the jockey. I’m the horse. With customized workouts in my training plan, she has made me into a regular qualifier for the Boston Marathon (I now run it every year) and a ranked runner in the VA – DC – MD region. My interest is in race results. Krista delivers.Jim Archibald
