Taper & Recovery Modification Guidelines for Our Training Plans

Need to Add Another Race to Your Training Plan?

When you purchase a triathlon training plan from us, your training plan is designed to prepare you for your goal race. However, like many athletes, you are probably doing shorter training races in the build up to your target race.

We provide these downloadable taper and recovery guidelines as a resource so can easily modify your training plan workouts to accommodate shorter training races without negatively impacting your training for your goal race.
