Welcome to the School of Tri Running Classroom!

Running is the third and final leg in a triathlon and, although not as long as the bike, running can be the most demanding physically and mentally.  Preparing properly for the run starting with proper running form is critical to success in a triathlon.

In this classroom, we’ll explore running in the following lessons:

  1. Proper Running Form – learn proper running form to include running up and down hills
  2. Choosing Running Gear – choose the right clothing to wear when running
  3. Running Faster – increase your run cadence to improve speed and reduce risk of injury
  4. Running on a Treadmill – tips for making the most out of your treadmill workouts.
