Welcome to the Triathlon Fueling and Hydration Classroom!

Why do we care about fueling and hydration during triathlon training and racing? We care because we need to fuel our bodies, provide cooling and enhance recovery.

In this classroom, we’ll explore nutrition and hydration in the following lessons:

  1. Importance of Fueling & Hydration – learn how to properly fuel and stay hydrated before, during and after exercise.
  2. Creating a Fueling & Hydration Plan – learn how to develop your own nutrition and hydration plan for triathlon training and racing.
