Cycling Drills to Improve Your Cycling Efficiency
Cycling Drills to Improve Cycling Efficiency & Speed
These two cycling drills shown in the videos below will help you improve your pedaling by training your cycling muscle fibers to fire more efficiently and ultimately make you a better, faster cyclist in your triathlon training and racing.
Although demonstrated on a indoor bike trainer, these two cycling drills can also be performed outside while riding. Included within the bike workouts of our triathlon training plans, these drills are appropriate for any triathlete and cyclist to practice year round and should be included in 1 – 2 of your rides each week.
