About this Webinar

Presented by David B. Glover, MSE, MS, CSCS & Krista Schultz, MEd, CSCS (October 2015)

Bears hibernate in winter so why shouldn’t we? Nature sets an example for what to do during the winter months but hibernation is a little too extreme for endurance athletes, as you’ll give up too much of your hard-earned fitness. On the other hand, year round focused training can lead to burnout, injury or over training.

So what should you do this winter off-season?

Follow along live with Coaches David Glover and Krista Schultz on your computer as they walk you through tips and techniques to help you successfully navigate the “transition” from one racing season to even more success in the next!

Topics covered include:

  • Assessing last season and planning for next season
  • Why your off-season training better be different than your in-season training
  • Tips for training, nutrition, intervals and improving efficiency during the transition season
